2.1. Email Integration and Settings (Email Settings)
TFlow lets you connect external email (Google Workspace/Gmail, standard IMAP/POP3) to the system so you can review and respond to trade-related mail directly within the platform.
⚠️ Anyone can connect their own personal company account, but system-wide IMAP integration of a group representative address (e.g., sales@company.com) may require Admin privileges.
1. How to Connect a Google (Gmail) Account
Connect your Google account to TFlow through secure OAuth2 integration.
- In the TFlow left-hand menu, click the Email tab, then go to the Settings menu at the bottom.
- Click the "Connect with Google" button.
- When the Google login popup appears, select the business Google account you want to connect.
- Approve the access permissions so that TFlow can access your email.
- Once the connection is complete, the status shows as "Connected" and email synchronization begins.

- Q: "I get an Access Denied or app-blocked error."
- Error code/symptom:
OAUTH_ACCESS_DENIED,GOOGLE_APP_BLOCKED - A: Check whether your browser is blocking popups. If your company runs a Google Workspace environment, it may be blocked because the administrator has not allowed third-party app (TFlow) permissions. Ask your administrator to approve it.

2. How to Connect External Email (IMAP / POP3)
If you use a self-hosted server or email from another service provider, you can connect it by configuring IMAP directly.
- In the Email > Settings menu, find the "Custom IMAP Setup" area.
- Enter the following required information (
field_ids) accurately:- Email address: your full email address (e.g., user@yourdomain.com)
- Password: We recommend entering an 'App Password'.
- IMAP settings: server address, port number (e.g.,
993SSL) - SMTP settings (optional): server address, port number (e.g.,
465SSL /587TLS)
- Click Save Integration to verify the connection.

- Q: "I get an IMAP connection failure (Authentication Failed) error."
- Error code/symptom:
IMAP_AUTH_FAILED,WRONG_PASSWORD_OR_BLOCKED - A: Either the password is wrong, or for security reasons your email provider (Naver, Daum, etc.) blocks 'external access by less secure apps' by default. Go to your email site's preferences, turn on "Allow IMAP", and create an "App Password" to enter instead of your regular password.
