Login SSO · Family Sites
TFlow doesn't stop at the main app. Store, Guild, and Studio are family sites that each open at their own address, but you only need to log in once. Once you're logged in on the main app, you won't be asked to log in again no matter which service you move to.
💡 Who is this for? Anyone who wants to use product promotion (Studio), a public storefront (Store), and a trade community (Guild) together. If you're wondering "Do I have to sign up again?" or "Why was I logged out?", read this page. The answer is almost always "One account covers everything."
1. One Login for Every Service (SSO)
Every site that ends in .tflowx.com shares a single login session.
- When you log in, the server issues a
tflow_ssocookie (HttpOnly, secure cookie). - Because authentication relies solely on this cookie (withCredentials), your session stays active even as the browser moves between subdomains.
- So once you log in on the main app, you don't need to log in again when you move to Store, Guild, or Studio.
- The family sites have no separate sign-up. You use them all with your TFlow main app account.
ℹ️ Even without logging in, you can view each site's public areas (browsing the storefront, reading community posts, the Studio intro, and so on). Logging in is required for actions like posting, requesting quotes, or generating content, and when you log in at that point you're automatically returned to the screen you were on.

2. How to Reach the Family Sites

ℹ️ Each link's address is set by operational environment variables, and any service whose address isn't configured is automatically hidden from the list. If a particular service link is missing, it simply hasn't been connected to that environment yet.

💡 Troubleshooting (FAQ)
Q. How do I sign up for Store/Guild/Studio? A. There's no separate sign-up. Log in with your main app account and SSO gives you access to every service. (Guild has a first-time onboarding step where you only pick a nickname.)
Q. I'm logged in on the main app, but I'm logged out on a family site.
A. If your browser is set to aggressively block third-party cookies, sharing the tflow_sso cookie may be blocked. Just click Log in once on that site and your session will persist afterward. If it keeps happening, check your browser's cookie-blocking settings.
Q. A particular family site link is missing from the sidebar. A. If that service's address isn't configured in the current environment, the link is automatically hidden. Contact your administrator.
Q. The family site won't open in the same tab. A. That's expected. Family site links open in a new tab so your workflow isn't interrupted.
