Common Features Overview

This document set gathers the fundamentals that apply the same way no matter which TFlow service you use. Account (profile, friends, notifications), login (SSO), subscription, billing, and tokens, licenses, and customer feedback are managed in the main app (tflowx.com), but their effect extends across the entire Store, Guild, and Studio family of sites.

💡 Who is this for? Anyone opening TFlow for the first time, anyone who wants to sort out their billing or subscription, admins who want to hand out feature access (licenses) to team members, and everyone who has ever wondered "why can't I see this menu?" It's worth reading before you dive into the individual work features (documents, projects, email, AI, and so on).

TFlow Common Features — a 20-second overview

1. One Account for Every Service

You have one TFlow account. Once you log in to the main app, you can keep using every site that ends in .tflowx.com without logging in again (SSO).

3. When a Screen Doesn't Show — Check Visibility and Permissions First

Some TFlow menus appear or stay hidden depending on operational settings or your permissions. If a particular menu isn't visible, check the following first.

💡 Troubleshooting (FAQ)

Q. I don't see "Subscription" in the sidebar. A. Billing may not yet be enabled in your environment (billingEnabled OFF), or it could be an account permission issue. Check the visibility conditions in the Subscription · Billing · Tokens document.

Q. Do I have to sign up separately to enter Store/Guild/Studio? A. No. There is no separate registration. Once you log in with your main app account, you can use every service via SSO. → Login SSO · Family Sites

Q. Some features tell me "a license is required." A. A license is a usage entitlement purchased at the company (organization) level and assigned to members. You can view content, but change actions such as editing, creating, or approving may require a license. → License
